We have an advanced production facility, engineering knowledge and professional equipment for stationary remanufacturing of damping struts, giving them a second life without quality compromises.

Diagnostics & Disassembly

Every module entrusted to us is subject to decompression on digitally controlled stations. We carry out 100% inspection of the smallest details – from plates and mounts to the state of the anti-corrosion coating of the thread.

Complete Renewal & Components

We replace damaged components, and then optionally re-mount all fasteners, nuts, bumpers and bearings, completely excluding material fatigue.

Assembly & Torquing

Block compression and rigorous torquing verification. We lock bolts with certified torque wrenches with rotational tolerance, returning the module balanced and perfectly integrated.

Send Strut for Remanufacturing

Don't improvise on the hoist. Deliver the faulty shock absorber to our headquarters, and GH engineers will prepare a compact, factory-assembled system.
